There are several types of new, decorative, obsidian added with this mod, namely;
- Falling Obsidian
- Smooth Obsidian
- Chiseled Obsidian
- Obsidian Pillar
- Obsidian Stairs
There are also glowing variations of each of these blocks as well, except falling and stairs. These glowing variations of the Smooth, Chiseled and Pillar Obsidian blocks each have a block light of 15.
Falling Obsidian is building block of the Obsidian Spikes and while flying, it hurts entities like an anvil would do. Breaking it will drop regular Obsidian.
Obtaining[]
They cannot be crafted using the crafting table and obsidian blocks, with the exception of Falling Obsidian, they are only obtainable through finding them at Dungeon Towers, which are made of these blocks and finding them within the Dungeon Towers. Falling Obsidian is what the pillars in Dragon Lair are made from, but it's not obtainable.
